ich suche ab 01.Dezember 2012 eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter/in für ein ca. 60 m² 1,5 Zimmerwohnung in Charlottenburg.Die Wohnung ist unmöbliert.
Die Lage ist zentral - 3 oder 5 Minuten Fußweg zu den U-Bahnstation Wilmersdorferstrasse und S-Bahnstation Charlottenburg. TU, Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft, Humbold-UNI und Potsdam oder Alex daher sehr bequem zu erreichen. Die drittrößte Einkaufsmeile Berlins - die Wilmersdorferstrasse - ist um die Ecke. Wilmersdorfer Arcaden, viele Imbisse, Cafés, Restaurants sind in der Nähe. Ebenso sind günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl oder Plus jeweils in ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.Der Bezirk ist ziemlich ruhig.
