Schöne Wohnung für Berlin Gäste / Nice accomodation for Visitors

Nur kurz in Berlin aber alle Hotels zu teuer?
Dann haben Sie hier das richtige gefunden!! Ich biete unsere Wohnung zur Vermietung für 3 Wochen oder auch tageweise an, da ich mit meinen beiden Kindern in den Urlaub fahre.
Deshalb ist die Wohnung z.B. für eine kleine Familie die hier in Berlin zu Besuch ist, perfekt. Es gibt drei Zimmer: Kinderzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit mehreren Schlafmöglichkeiten für Erwachsene sowie ein Kinderbett (Kleinkind von 2 bis 5)! Bettwäsche und Handtücher können genutzt werden! Eine große Küche mit allen Kochutensilien läd zum Kochen ein! Spielsachen (incl. einer Schaukel) für die Kleinen sind zur Genüge verfügbar! Im Badezimmer ist eine Badewanne, Toilette ist separat in einem Gäste WC. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und gemütlich. 


Preise: 
1 Person pro Tag: 35 Euro für Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, Küche, Bad.
2 Personen pro Tag: 50 Euro für Wohnzimmer mit 2 Schlafcouchen, Küche und Bad.
2 Personen und ein Kind: 60 Euro pro Tag für gesamte Wohnung ausser Schlafzimmer.
2 Personen und zwei Kinder: 70 Euro pro Tag für gesamte Wohnung.
Sollten Sie länger als eine Woche bleiben wollen können wir selbstverständlich den Preis anpassen.

I have a room with a kid’s room in our family flat for rent on a daily/weekly basis. If you are travelling to Berlin for a short visit and need a place to stay on short notice, please contact me. Whether you are alone or travelling with family up to four people, this will be ideal for you.
The flat with the room is located in Berlin Wilmersdorf right on the boarder between Wilmersdorf, Steglitz and Schöneberg. It is very quiet, bright and situated in a family oriented locality with kid’s playground etc. It also has easy access to train and bus stations with lots of options for Supermarkets and Restaurants.
You have your piece and quiet and you can have the room up to 3weeks whiles we are away on Holidays.
Pricing:
30 Euros for one person per night (for the living room with a sleeping sofa bed) 
50 Euros for two people (two adults) per night - for the living room with a sleeping sofa bed)
60 Euros for a family of three (a child up to 12yrs old) per night - for the living room with a sleeping Sofa bed and the kids room
70 Euros for a family of up to four (two adults one child up to 12yrs old and a toddler per night: for the living room with a sleeping Sofa bed and the kids room)
400 Euros for a family of four per 7days.
All prices include costs for electricity, Internet, Heating, plus the use of furniture, washing machine, kitchen and utensils etc.
