Renting out a furnished 2-rooms-flat for people who will be in Berlin explicitly for temporary reasons (between 6 months and 3 years). A certification of the reason (work / a semester of study outside of ormal place of study, expat, apprenticeship, etc.) for your temporary stay is mandatory.

The flat will be fully furnished and equipped with everything but groceries and personal hygiene products to start living right away. It can also be used as a shared flat.
Internet and fair usage of electricity, gas and utiliy costs included.
For 2-4 persons. (Additional furniture needs to be accumulated by the tenants.) For third 3rd and 4th person a surcharge of 25€ each is required.
