Sie liegt direkt an öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen (Bus und Tram 3 Min., S Bahn 5 Min.). Keine 5 Min. Fahrtzeit zum Simon-Dach-Kiez. Sonntags findet dort ein beliebter Flohmarkt statt und am Samstag der Wochenmarkt. Direkt vor dem Haus ist ein Supermarkt (PLUS). Aus der 3. Etage hast Du einen schönen Ausblick und um die Ecke die idyllische Rummelsburger Bucht.
Die Miete beträgt pro Woche 157,5 Euro incl. aller Nebenkosten und WLAN (kein Telefon!) , sowie Bettwäsche.
Eine Belegung ist auch mit 2 oder 3 Personen möglich. Platz ist genug da.
