ich wohne in einer 2-Raum-Wohnung und suche einen neuen Mitbewohner, der ein freies Zimmer übernehmen kann. Mein Mitbewohner sollte mit mir die Miet-,Strom-, Telefon- und Internetkosten teilen und würde dann 325€ mtl zahlen.
Das Bad und die Küche sind schon eingerichtet. Du würdest ein unmöbiliertes Zimmer (19qm) übernehmen, indem du dich dann eigen kreativ austoben kannst. Zudem hast du einen Balkon, der zur Strassenseite hinaaus geht.
Ich persönlich bin Studentin und verbringe öfter Zeit im Ausland. Solltest du nicht gern mit fremden Menschen, demnach Zwischenmietern, zu tun haben und mit ihnen ungern auf engstem Raum zusammenleben wollen, dann werden wir unwahrscheinlich zusammenwohnen. Ich habe ebenso wenig ein Probelm damit, wenn du dich öfter im Ausland befindest und mir Zwischenmieter stellen würdest.
Zudem rauche ich gelegentlich.
Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns bezüglich der Wohnung aufeinander verlassen können und die Kommunikation stimmt.
