Hallo liebe Leute,
wir suchen auf die Schnelle noch einen Nachmieter für unsere schöne Altbau-Wohnung in der Simon-Dach-Straße., da Teile der Wohnung (nicht von uns) in blau, rot oder grün gestrichen sind.
Beide Zimmer gehen zur Straße, das eine hat einen Balkon, das andere einen schönen Erker.
Küche und Bad gehen zum Hinterhof, in dem man sein Fahrrad abstellen kann und die Küche hat noch eine kleine Kammer.
In den Zimmern ist schönes altes Parkett verlegt, in Flur und Küche Dielen.
Viel Leben und viele nette Nachbarn!
Achja, Gas kommt noch mal ungefähr mit 80€ und Strom mit ungefähr 20€ hinzu!
Bitte einfach anrufen, ihr könntet morgen schon die Wohnung angucken oder am Wochenende, wenn wir ausziehen.
