ich suche eine/n Zwischenmieter/-in ab 19 Februar (+/- 2 Tage nach Wunsch) bis Mai 2024 (evtl. sogar 1 - 2 Monate länger), da meine Wohnung aufgrund eines Arbeits-Praktikums frei sein wird. Deshalb ganz wichtig: Zwischenmietvertrag ohne Anmeldung!
Die 2013 renovierte Wohnung hat ein Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, eine separate Wohn-Küche, ein modernes Wannenbad, einen Flur, eine kleine Kammer und einen Balkon. Die Wohnung liegt perfekt nähe Boxhagener Platz und dem wunderschönen Simon-Dach-Kiez mit diversen Restaurants und Ausgehmöglichkeiten - mitten in Friedrichshain eben.
Die Wohnung ist super hell! Das Wohnschlafzimmer hat 4 große Fenster zum Osten und Süden raus, auch Küche und Bad haben Süd-Fenster UND der Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet. Alle Fenster sind mit Vorhängen oder Rollos versehen.
Meine Einrichtung ist gemütlich und die Wohnung ist geräumig:
- Wohn-Couch, Sessel, Sofa
- großes Bett mit King-Size-Matraze (2x2m)
- WLAN
- Mini-Bibliothek
- Küchentisch mit Ledersofa & Stühlen

I'm sublenting my beautiful single Apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshain.
It's free from 19th of February (+/- 2 days if wanted) until May 2024 (maybe even one or 2 months longer, since I'm doing a working internship in another city).
It is a very sunny & cosy apartment with a balcony and most of the big windows facing the south. All windows have shades or curtains. It has one big living & sleeping room, one big kitchen with a couch and a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. It's rather quiet, although its located near Boxhagener-Platz and the lively Simon-Dach Kiez with lots of restaurants. Ostkreuz ist also close by. Great place to live really, since its equipped with everything you need in a perfect location of Berlin-Friedrichshain....
Important: Please be aware that NO registration is possible, since its only a sublet!
Absolutely NO Parties or big gatherings allowed! We have quiet nieghbours.

Jedem ist der Simon-Dach-Kiez bekannt! Zwischen den S-Bahn-Stationen Warschauer Str. und Ostkreuz gelegen, ist der Szenekiez besonders durch seine zahlreichen Bars und Clubs, durch das RAW-Gelände und dem 'Boxi'-Park mit seinem samstägigen Markt und sonntägigen Flohmarkt bekannt.
Verkehrsmittel sind zur Genüge vorhanden. Die Metro-Tram 13 fährt quasi vor der Hausttür ab. Auf der Boxhagener Str - der Parallelstrasse - fährt die Tram 21 und der Bus 210. Zum Ostkreuz läuft man ca. 7 Minuten und von da aus fahren die Bahnen sowohl auf der S-Bahn-Stammstrecke (10min zum Alex), als auch die Ringbahnen.
Auch die U-Bahn-Station Warschauer Str. der Linie U1 ist mit der M13 innerhalb von ca. 6 min zu erreichen.
