13m² WG-Zimmer in Friedrichshain mit Balkon, in der Nähe vom Boxi

Liebe Alle!
Wir (Nadine, 26 und Philipp, 25) suchen einen netten Typen der ab dem 1. Febraur bei uns einziehen möchte. Wir studieren beide (Wirtschaftspsychologie / Kulturwissenschaften) und arbeiten nebenbei, sind also auch nicht ständig zu Hause. Wir sind jedoch auch keine Zweck-WG und verbringen auch gerne Zeit miteinander sowohl in als auch außerhalb der Wohnung (in Bars und Clubs gehen, Fleisch braten, Konzerte, Kino, Theater, ihr wisst bescheid...)
Das Zimmer ist zum Innenhof, hat den Balkon und ist mit großem Bett, Schreibtisch, Verstauungsmöglichkeiten für Klamotten u.s.w., Wäschekorb, Vorhängen und Lampen ausgestattet.
Wir legen viel wert darauf, dass man zusammen in einer sauberen Wohnung lebt, was nicht heißen soll dass wir pedantisch sind was das betrifft, eher das wir uns wohl fühlen wollen und my home is my castle und so.

Hey everybody, 
we (Nadine, 26 and Philipp, 25) are looking for a roommate starting from 1. of February. We are both Students (Business Psychology/ Culture Studies) and work on the side, so we arent home the whole time. But we are also hanging out together in and outside our apartment. (Bars, Clubs, Barbecues, Concerts, cinema, theater, you know ;)) 
The room has a balcony, a big bed, desk, things to put clothes and stuff in, lamp and everything u basically need. 
We like the flat to be clean but arent clean freaks, just like my home is my castle ;-)
