From the middle of February until the 5th of March, we offer a bedroom in our beloved two bedroom flat for sublease. The bedroom is large and bright coloured with a double bed. The room connects to a modest kitchen and bathroom. Living here in winter is a true old school Berlin experience as the room is heated by a massive coal fired oven in the corner of the bedroom and there is half a ton of coal bricks in the hallway which you can use to get cozy in these winter months. Despite its' ruggedness, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped and functional. There is a washing machine, oven and wifi all available for use.
Our flat is on Finowstraße near Frankfurter Allee S Bahn which is on the Ring. It's 10 minutes walk to countless cafes, bakerys, supermarkets and spätis so everything you need is close by. The M13 tram runs nearby and goes straight to Warshauerstraße where there is a hub of bars, clubs and restaurants.
The flat is a little grimy around the edges and needs careful attention to keep tidy and under control. That said, the neighbours are very chilled and you can make noise until late without any complaints usually.
