Helle 2-Zimmer-Maisonnette-Wohnung mit großem gefliesten Wannenbad für mind. ein halbes Jahr, gern auch länger, unterzuvermieten (für 500,- EUR p.m. warm inkl. Strom und Gas). Beide Zimmer sind ca. 18 qm groß und durch eine massive Holztreppe verbunden. Bis auf ein Hochbett im oberen Zimmer wird die Wohnung weitestgehend unmöbiliert sein. Die gesamte Wohnung verfügt über abgeschliffene Dielen (außer Bad) und ist äußerst ruhig im 3. und 4. Stock des Seitenflügels gelegen. Zum Bhf. Ostkreuz sind es 2 Gehminuten, ansonsten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe jede Menge nette Kneipen/Cafes/Bars (Simon-Dach- und Ostkreuz-Kiez).
