Die Wohnung ist 71qm groß - wirkt aber durch den Durchbruch zwischen Küche und Wohnzimmer größer. Die Wohnung hat Loftcharakter mit einer großen Wohnküche und direktem Zugang zum Wohnzimmer. Die Zimmer sind lichtdurchflutet und der angrenzende Balkon in der Küche bietet genug Platz für zwei kleine Stühle und eine gute Flasche Wein am Abend.
Das Schlafzimmer hat einen weissen Dielenboden und ein eingebautes Hochbett mit einem kleinen Kabuff angrenzend, um Staubsauger und Co zu verstauen.
Die Altbauwohnung liegt im zweiten Stock im Vorderhaus (genau, in dem Haus mit dem Späti unten drin ;) ) und zwischen dem Ostkreuz, vielen Bars und Restaurants und dem ruhigen Travekiez mit kleinen, gemütlichen Cafés.
This 71sqm flat has a big open kitchen fully fitted and a living room offering a big and cosy living area. The sensation of space is great and the rooms are very light.
The bed room offers a big space as a mezzanine is built in, as well as a small store room.
The flat is located in front of the building at the 2nd floor. It has a balcony with view on the street (Gürtelstrasse) you can access from the kitchen.
Warschauer Strasse, Ostkreuz, Boxhagener Platz and Simon-Dach-Straße are around 5 to 15min away with famous great places for having a drink or delicious lunchs and dinners.
The building itself and the neighbours are quite calm and nice.
The flat is located in the great Travekiez between Frankfurter Allee subway U5 and S-Bahn station and Ostkreuz S-Bahn station that will lead you everywhere in the city in a maximum of 30min.
If you want to stay in the Travekiez, you’ll find everything you need 3min away from the flat:
- Edeka supermarket
- delicious coffee (Aunt Benny)
- great bars (Supamolly, [f.u.c.] Bar, Panenka, etc.), and various restaurants with excellent food
- A späti downstairs.
The couch or other furnitures on the pictures may not remain in the apartment, we’ll need to discuss that in person if you are seriously considering renting the flat, according to your needs.
I speak/spreche/parleenglish/englisch/anglais, deutsch/german/allemand français/french/französisch so don't hesitate to communicate with me in those languages.
I rent the flat because I need to move to Prenzlauer Berg for personal reasons.
