Da wir im Urlaub sind und unsere Wohnung ungern leerstehen lassen suchen wir Zwischenmieter vom 09.-19.August. Weniger Tage wären auch möglich.
Die Wohnung ist ein wunderschöner sanierter Altbau mit Stuck und Parkettboden. Es gibt ein großes Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Schlafsofa und Zugang zu Küche und Balkon (Südlage) sowie ein Bad mit Duschbad und Waschmaschine und eine Abstellkammer.
Im Hof oder im Keller kann man Fahrräder abstellen.
Die Wohnung ist in Friedrichshain, zwischen Ostkreuz und Treptower Park, sehr nah an der Rummelsburger Bucht/Stralauer Halbinsel und ruhig gelegen. Perfekt im Sommer also :)
