Meine Freundin und ich vermieten unsere Altbau-Wohnung in Berlin Friedrichshain für 6 Wochen unter (20.05-01.07.).
Sie ist 65 m2 groß, komplett möbliert inkl. W-Lan, Balkon, Badewanne und vielen schönen Pflanzen und Kunst an den Wänden.
Sie liegt im ruhigen Teil Friedrichhains, ist aber nur 5 mins von der Warschauer Str. und 10 min vom Boxhagener Platz entfernt. Sie befindet sich in Laufweite zu 3 U- und S- Bahnstationen, Bus- und Tramstationen (Weberwiese U5, Warschauer Str U1 + S Bahnen, Frankfurter Tor, Tram M10-M13).
Gesamtkosten sind 1500€ + Kaution für sechs Wochen.
Wir würden die Wohnung gerne für den ganzen Zeitraum vermieten, evtl. wäre die Wohnung auch nur für einen Teil der Zeit zu vermieten.

Flat to sublet for 6 weeks (20.05-01.07.) in Berlin- Friedrichshain.
The flat has a total size of 65 sqm, is fully furnished, has a big bathroom incl. bathtub, big kitchen, big living room and sleeping room. A small balcony is also included and of course WiFi. Lots of plants wait for your love to water them!
Its located in a more quiet area of Friedrichshain, but very close to 3 subway stations, bus stations and tram and only 5 minutes away by foot from Warschauer Straße and 10 mins from Boxhagener Platz with all its bars and restaurants!
Costs for the whole six weeks are 1500€ + deposit, (deposit returned at the end of the stay, if everything is ok with the flat ;).
We would like to sublet the flat for the whole period, but perhaps also for a shorter period of time.
