Hello beautiful people, I`m subletting 1 room of my lovely, cozy and bright 70qm apartment. It's perfectly located between Alexanderplatz and Frankfurter Tor and close to Mitte, Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg. The Volkspark Friedrichshain is just around the corner and great for an outdoor workout and jogging.
The house is quiet, same as the neighbourhood. But if you wanna get busy, Warschauer Str. is 10min by feet and Berghain 5min;)
Your room is 27qm with a 1,40 bed,, a big table where you can work and a hammock for relaxing. You have a big kitchen for creating delicious meals, unfortunately no dish washer but therefor a water filter for really clean and healthy dring water. If you're a smoker, you can use the spacious balcony and sit on the comfy outdoor couch.
After work you can enjoy a nice bath in the tub.
There are several supermarkets around (Edeka, Netto, Alnatura). The closest stations are Ostbahnhof (S-Bahn) and Strausberger Platz (U5).
Anmeldung is not possible.
Im looking for a single person. Chilled, responsible, clean, funny and wine lover would be great :) ’m away a lot due to work, so you’ll have the apartment most of the time for yourself. If things go really well you could maybe stay even till end of august or September but that’s not definite.
