Wohnung nahe Boxi, 2 Zimmer, Februar

Ich vermiete eine schöne Wohnung nahe Boxhagener Platz ab Mittwoch, 02.02., bis Freitag, 25.02.; (ine Verlängerung bis Ende März ist gegebenenfalls möglich, im Moment aber noch unklar). Der Preis beträgt 780€.

Die Wohnung hat ca. 70-75 qm, 2 große Zimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzecke und einen kleinen Balkon.

Die Wohnung ist großteils eingerichtet, alles wichtige ist da (Küchenausstattung, Bett, Schrank, usw.).
Da ich selbst ausziehe kommen noch 2-3 Sachen von den Fotos weg (der Schreibtisch im Wohnzimmer, es bleibt aber der Esstisch; die Kommode im Schlafzimmer), aber sonst ist soweit alles da.
Auch da bleiben Waschmaschine, WLAN und eine Hängematte ;o)

Ich vermiete die Wohnung unter, weil ich ausziehe. (Mit der Weitervergabe der Wohnung habe ich aber nichts zu tun.)

Zusätzlich muss ich eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ nehmen, weil ich sicherstellen muss, dass ich danach auch meine eigene Kaution zurückbekomme.

I sublet an apartment near Boxhagener Platz starting Wednesday, 02 Feb, until Friday, 25 Feb; (an extension until the End of March might be posstible, but is uncertain at the moment). Cost is 780€ total.

The apartment has two spacious rooms, a kitchen with sitting area and a small balcony, all on 70-75 square meters.

The apartment has basic furnishing, all fundamentals are here (kitchen equipment, bed, wardrobe, ... )
Since I'm moving out, I will take 2-3 things in the pictures with me (the desktop, but the dining table stays; the cupboard in the bedroom). Above from that all you need should be there. There's also a washing machine, wifi and a hammock :o)

I sublet the apartment because I move out myself. (I don't have any influence on the future tenants though.)

Additionally I'll have to charge a deposit of 500€, since I have to ensure to get my own deposit back afterwards.
