I’m looking to move out of my apartment in Friedrichshain. Love the flat, but am having to move out because I can’t afford it anymore on my own having just gone through a breakup. I am still looking for somewhere for myself, so my priority would be a SWAP for
the moment. This would be perfect for someone who currently lives alone/in a WG but is looking to move in with a partner.
I am looking for:
EITHER
1) An affordable long term room in friendly WG (up to 650 euros monthly warm)
2) A long term let on a two bedroom flat (up to 1200 euros monthly warm)
Locations: Neukoln is my number 1 choice, but also looking at Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Wedding, Prenzlauerberg and Friedrichshain.
