Zusätzlich zur Miete von 775€ warm (auch inkl. Internet) im Monat würde ich für die Zeit der Vermietung zur Sicherheit gerne eine Kaution von 500€ vereinbaren.
Es sind auch tageweise Übernachtungen möglich.

I am offering a cozy 1,5-room apartment with separate kitchen and large bathroom for interim rent for one month from 01.02. - 01.03.2024. The move-in and move-out dates are flexible and can be arranged bilaterally.
The flat is fully equipped with furniture (including a 1.40m bed, a clothes rail, several chests of drawers, a sofa, kitchen table and chairs...), as well as kitchen utensils and all the other little things needed to live and feel comfortable. In the pictures in the ad, the flat is unfortunately not yet fully furnished, as I can only get my furniture there at the following weekend.
In addition to the rent of 775€ warm (also including internet) per month, I would like to arrange a security deposit of 500€ for the period of the rental.
Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und ruhig gelegen im Nordkiez (Samariterkiez) von Friedrichshain und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss im Hinterhof eines gut gepflegten Hauses.
Du kannst alles Wichtige (Edeka, Bio Company, Lidl, Spätis, schöne Bars, Restaurants und Cafés, ...) in weniger als 5 min erreichen. Auch die U-Bahnhaltestelle Samariterstraße (U5) ist schnell zu erreichen. Zur nächsten Ringbahnhaltestelle (Frankfurter Allee oder Storkower Straße) gelangst du innerhalb von 10 min zu Fuß. Bis zum Boxhagener Platz, an dem du viele Bars, Restaurants und am Wochenende einen Wochen- und Flohmarkt findest, sind es auch gute 10 min zu Fuß.

The flat is beautifully and quietly located in the Nordkiez (Samariterkiez) of Friedrichshain and is on the ground floor in the backyard of a well-maintained house.
You can reach everything important (Edeka, Bio Company, Lidl, Spätis, cute bars, restaurants and cafés, ...) in less than 5 minutes. The underground station Samariterstraße (U5) is also within easy reach. The nearest Ringbahn stop (Frankfurter Allee or Storkower Straße) is a 10-minute walk away. It is also a good 10-minute walk to Boxhagener Platz, where you will find many bars, restaurants and a weekly and flea market at the weekend.
