Das Apartment eignet sich ideal als Hotelalternative für Pendler*innen, die unter der Woche in Berlin arbeiten oder einen längeren Berlin Aufenthalt.

I offer a centrally located, newly renovated and fully furnished apartment in Berlin for limited rent.
The rent is 400€ per week / 1300 € per month depending on how long you stay. The rent includes all extra charges, wifi and cleaning and can be billed.
The apartment is fully equipped with a washing machine, bed, wardrobe, TV, dining table and couch and also has a nice balcony to the backyard. Towels, bed sheets and kitchen utensils are provided. Thus the apartment is an ideal hotel alternative for commuters who work here during the week or a longer stay in Berlin.
Es handelt sich um eine neu sanierte Altbauwohnung, die in ruhiger Lage zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in Friedrichshain (5 Gehminuten vom Ostkreuz) und ist mit der Ringbahn gut angebunden (10 min bis Alexanderplatz, 15 min bis Hauptbahnhof).

The apartment is newly renovated and facing the quiet courtyard.
It is centrally located in Friedrichshain (5 minutes walk from Ostkreuz) and is well connected with the S-Bahn (10 min to Alexanderplatz, 15 min to Berlin central station).
