wir vermieten ein Zimmer in unserer Wohnung in Friedrichshain, direkt am Boxhagener Platz :-) Höchstwahrscheinlich werdet ihr die ganze Wohnung für euch haben, da mein Partner in dieser Zeit auch verreist ist.
Der Mietzeitraum ist verhandelbar, grundsätzlich jederzeit vom 24.01.2024 - 03.03.2024.
Die Miete für einen Monat beträgt 1290€ all inclusive (Internet, Strom etc.), ist aber auch verhandelbar, je nach Aufenthaltsdauer.
Die Kaution beträgt 500€, die Sie natürlich bei Rückgabe des Schlüssels zurückerhalten.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schickt mir eine Nachricht mit einer kurzen Beschreibung über euch :)

Hello everyone,
We are renting a room in our apartment in Friedrichshain, next to Boxhagener Platz :-) Very likely you will have the whole apartment for yourself as my partner will be traveling in that time as well.
The rental period is negotiable, basically any time from 24.01.2024 - 03.03.2024..
The rent for a month is 1290€ all inclusive (Internet, electricity etc.), but also negotiable depending on the time of your stay.
The deposit is 500€ - of course, we will give you it back once you return the key.
