Ich werde einen befristeten Mietvertrag aufsetzen, von dem wir jeweils die Kopie behalten. Ich benötige eine Kopie von Personalausweis oder Reisepass. Ich bin in der genannten Periode verreist, sodass ich persönliche Gegenstände in der Wohnung aufbewahre. Allerdings habe ich eine geräumige Kommode freigeräumt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Hausgemeinschaft, keine tagelangen Parties!!
Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt nach Erhalt der ersten Monatsmiete + Kaution.

I will draw up a temporary tenancy agreement, of which we will each keep a copy. I need a copy of your ID card or passport. Preferably, you are already in Berlin and we can meet in person. I will be abroad during the rental period. Therefore, there will be personal items in the apartment but I cleared a big cupboard for your belongings. The flat is located in a quiet house community, no parties for days!!!
The keys will be handed over after you have paid and I have received the first month's rent + deposit.
