Schöne Altbauwohnung befristet für ein Jahr zu Vermieten. Die Wohnung eignet sich gut als 3er WG mit 2 großem Zimmer (20 &25 m² und einem kleinen Schlafzimmer 10 m². Die Wohnküche hat 25 m², das Bad ist 8 m² groß. Eine Einbauküche mit Spülmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung steht befristet (1,5 Jahre ggf. Mit Option auf Verlängerung) zur Verfügung, da sie danach wegen Eigenbedarf benötigt wird.

Die Wohnung ist direkt an der Osloer Straße gelegen und gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Die U8 ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die M10 in 3 Minuten und zur Sbahn Gesundbrunnen (Ring) bzw. Bornholmer Straße läuft man je 10-15 Minuten. Es gibt einige nette Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung und direkt gegenüber ist eine sehr nette Kneipe.

Die Wohnung ist modernisiert und verfügt über WLAN. Derzeit sind bis auf die Einbauküche keine Möbel nur 2 Schreibtische und eine Matratze vorhanden, die bei Bedarf auch in der Wohnung bleiben können.
