modernes und idyllisches Apartment am Wasser

-Bei der Dauer der Vermietung sind wir flexibel-
Ich wuerde mein Apartment gerne komplett mobilisieren und mit allem Wichtigen ausstatten.
Ich bin jedoch auch offen, falls ihr selber schon Moebel habt, wuerde die Wohnung aber ansonsten gerne mobiliert vermieten.
Ich biete die Wohnung (falls erwuenscht) gerne mit allem drum und dran an (Bettzeug, Handtuecher, Kuechenutensilien etc.)
Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet mit:
Waschhmaschine, Spuelmaschine, Tisch, Stuehlen, Kuehlschrank, Gefrierschrank (..)
Eine Besichtigung ist ab sofort moeglich, ich habe auch mehr Fotos und Videos von der Wohnung, falls Interesse besteht.
Ich bin flexibel, was das Einzug- Auszugdatum angeht, einfach melden.

-We are flexibel about the renting period-
Every room in the apartment is fully furnished (expect for the guest/children/work room) and equipped with everything you need.
If however you have your own furniture, then we can find a solution and I wont provide mine.
Otherwise the apartment comes with a very nice kitchen: a large fridge and freezer, a cooker (with hob and oven), a nice kitchen table with chairs, a lot of storage space in cupboards, and if you like also some plates, cups, glasses and cutlery that I will happily provide.
The living room is also completely furnished with a very nice, comfortable sofa, a TV stand and a TV.
In the bathroom you will have a nice, large bathtub and a modern easy to clean shower. The bathroom is also equipped with nice mirror and bathroom cabinets. Next to it, there is a towel rail. I can happily provide towels as well for temporary guest.
Through the nice large hallway you can get into the beautiful bedroom, with big windows and all the furniture you need. There is also a wardrobe room for clothes which you can see in the pictures. If you would like me to provide some bed sheets, just ask :)
The smallest room of the apartment is not furnished. I wanted to build a floating guest bed, if you are interested and have any thoughts on this, I would happily take your idea onboard, otherwise you can transform the room into what ever you like.
Next to the small room, there is a tiny room for the washing machine and storage space.
