ich suche eine:n zwischenmieter:in für einen monat. die wohnung ist sehr ruhig und liegt sehr gut angebunden im osten berlins.

die s-bahn-station karlshorst ist nur wenige minuten zu fuß entfernt, hier fährt die s-bahn nur 3 stationen bis ostkreuz und bis zum alexanderplatz dauert es nur 16 minuten. es gibt außerdem zahlreiche straßenbahnen und busse, die auch ab s-karlshorst abfahren und z.B. nach friedrichsfelde oder schöneweide fahren.

gleichzeitig gibt es hier viele möglichkeiten, die natur zu genießen. direkt um die ecke liegt ein park und 10-15 min zu fuß entfernt liegt das naherholungsgebiet wuhlheide, ein sehr großer park mit wald nahe der spree sowie der tierpark berlin. stadtauswärts gibt es außerden ein weiteres riesiges naturschutzgebiet.

in unmittelbarer nähe der wohnung befinden sich viele läden, supermärkte, rossmann, sparkasse, apotheke uvm. zwei mal pro woche gibt es auch einen markt wenige minuten von der wohnung entfernt.

wer naturverbunden ist, aber trotzdem gut angebunden wohnen und schnell ins stadtzentrum will, ist diese wohnung ideal.

die zwischenvermietung ist mit dem vermieter abgesprochen.

i am looking for a subtenant for my apartment for one month.the apartment is quiet yet well connected in the east of berlin. the station karlshorst ist just a few minutes by foot away, from here the s-bahn takes you alexanderplatz in 16 minutes and the station ostkreuz is also only 3 stations away (7 minutes). there are also numerous busses and trams that leave at s-karlshorst.

at the same time, there are many ways to enjoy nature here. just around the corner is a small park and within 10-15 min by foot you reach the nature-recreational-area "wuhlheide" a vast park with a forest close to the river spree. the animal park berlin is also close as well as another vast nature reserve 15 min by bike heading out of the city.

closeby the apartment are many shops, supermarkets, drug store, bank, pharmacy etc. twice a week there is a farmers market around the corner.

for someone who loves nature but wants to live in a well connected apartment from where it's easy to reach the city center, this apartment is perfect.

the landlord has agreed to the sublease.
