Hallo,
ich suche ab Januar 2010 einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung.
Sie besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Wohnküche, Bad, Wohnzimmer und einem eigenen Garten.
Das Haus wurde vor 1900 erbaut, dh im Wohnzimmer gibt es noch original Stuck.
Die Wohnug liegt einseits sehr zentral, da man nur ca. 3min zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit benötigt wie ebenfalls zum S-Bahnhof Köpenick und andererseits hat man hinter dem Haus einen Wanderweg und ein paar Meter weiter die Wuhlheide.
Für Tierbesitzer also genial.
Mit der S3 braucht man ca. eine viertel std zum Alex und eine halbe std bis zum Zoo.
Internet und Telefon können von mir übernommen werden.
Für Fragen stehe ich gerne zur Verfügung.
