The flat is 65m2, sunny, and in typical Altbau style has polished wooden floors and high ceilings. The flat is on the 2nd floor (no lift).
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, desk, and clothes storage. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric ceramic stove, oven, and dishwasher. There is a small balconette with standing room only. The bathroom has a shower, bath, washing machine, and plenty of hot water. The bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom all face the rear courtyard.
The living room comes with a large corner sofa, TV, and a desk. The living room faces the street. There is minimal street noise on this side with the windows closed (windows are double-glazed).

The flat is located on the corner of Skalitzer Str. and Manteuffelstr. If you are looking for a central location to explore Berlin, this area can't be beaten.
