We are renting out our beautiful 60m2 apartment in the heart of Kreuzberg for 3 month (4/1/23 - 7.4/24) with maybe a possibility for an extra month.

This spacious apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old Berlin apartment building (Altbau) with wooden floors and high ceilings.

It has a spacious comfy living room with a separate bedroom, separate large kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The apartment is very bright as it's facing east and west so you get the sun in the morning from one side and in the afternoon on the other side.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you can possibly need: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast wifi, bedding, towels etc.

Located in the heart of Kreuzberg just 1 min walk to the Turkish market and the beautiful landwehr canal

4 minute walk to U8, U1,U3 Kottbuser tor

15 minutes walk to the Hermannplatz

7 minutes by train to Alexanderplatz

The area is very lively, full of shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and clubs

There are 7 different supermarkets in 1-5 min walk from the apt and of course the famous Turkish market so everything you need is just around the corner.
