Hallo ihr Lieben,
die Wohnung ist fantastisch gelegen, 2 Minuten von der Ubahn Südstern. Der Landwehrkanal und die Admiralsbrücke, das Tempelhofer Feld, der schöne Bergmannkiez und der Hermannplatz sind jeweil innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung selbst ist 42qm und liegt im Erdgeschoß im Innenhof eines großen Hauses. Sie ist neu und sauber und hat alles was man braucht, ist aber, wenn man ehrlich ist, nichts Besonderes. Das Tolle daran ist vor allem die fantastische Lage und die günstige Miete.
Ich vermiete die Wohnung für 3 Monate unter. Die Miete ist inklusive allem 750 Euro. Die Kaution beträgt eine Monatsmiete, also ebenfalls 750 Euro. Es gibt leider momentan kein WiFi oder sonstiges Internet in der Wohnung.
