Charmante Altbauwohnung zur Zwischenmiete in Kreuzberg-Fhain, 4-7 Wochen

Ich plane, für einen Zeitraum von 4 bis 7 Wochen zu verreisen und suche daher einen zuverlässigen Zwischenmieter*in für meine liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung. Da mein genaues Rückreisedatum noch flexibel ist, suche ich erstmal jemanden für 1 Monat, aber eventuell wäre eine Option auf Verlängerung nach Absprache möglich.

Die Wohnung ist ein wunderschöner Altbau, wegen der Lage hat man den ganzen Tag Sonne und sie ist richtig schön hell! Außerdem liegt sie direkt am Park, somit hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Es gibt ein Wohn-/Esszimmer, ein großes Schlafzimmer, eine Küche und ein Bad. Es ist alles da was man braucht, inkl Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist man super gut angebunden, die U1/U3 sowie die U8 sind sehr nah dran. Außerdem gibt es im Kiez viele wunderschöne Cafes, Bars und Restaurants. Die berühmte Markthalle 9 und das idyllische Maybachufer liegen nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es Supermärkte wie Lidl in nur 5 Minuten Entfernung.

I am planning to travel for a period of 4 to 7 weeks and am therefore looking for a reliable temporary tenant for my lovingly furnished apartment in an old building. Since my exact return date is still flexible, I am initially looking for someone for 1 month, but there could be an option for extension upon agreement.

The apartment is a beautiful old building, brightened by sunlight throughout the day due to its location! It also lies directly next to a park, offering a magnificent view. The flat includes a living/dining room, a large bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It comes with everything you need, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

Thanks to its central location, it has excellent transportation links, with the U1/U3 and U8 subway lines very close by. In addition, the neighborhood is full of beautiful cafes, bars, and restaurants. The famous Markthalle 9 and the idyllic Maybachufer are just a few minutes' walk away. For daily necessities, supermarkets like Lidl are only a 5-minute walk away.
