Da ich Anfang Oktober umziehen möchte, suche ich auf diesem Wege einen Nachmieter.
Die Aufteilung der Räume ist optimal, große Fenster erhellen die Wohnung. Auch das Bad hat ein Fenster.
Der Eingangsbereich ist schön groß, ausreichend für einen Esstisch. Zwei Hängeböden bieten viel Stauraum.
Die Wohnung liegt in einem schönen, sauberen Haus. Sehr zentral zwischen Kochstraße und Hallesches Tor gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Das Haus hat einen Fahrstuhl.
Die Kaution ist komplett bei Einzug zu zahlen.
Die Wohnung wird unrenoviert abgegeben, hat aber nur geringe Gebrauchsspuren, da erst seit Februar 08 bewohnt. Der Boden ist im Februar mit schönem Laminat ausgelegt worden, auch gestrichen wurde im Februar.
