Hallo,
ich habe eine schöne möblierte Wohnung in der Nähe vom Oranienplatz.
Die Wohnung liegt in perfekter Lage, direkt am ruhigen Engelbecken und ist somit in einer sehr grünen aber zentralen Gegend von Kreuzberg 36. Vor der Haustür befindet sich ein Vorgarten mit kleiner Wiese und Blumen. Das Engelbecken selbst ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. Man kommt sehr schnell zu Cafes, Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die legendäre Henne ist fast nebenan. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig und besinnlich.
Wenn man ausgehen möchte, hat man es nicht weit zu den bekanntesten Clubs der Stadt. Die U-Bahnhöfe: Kottbusser Tor U8/U1, Heinrich-Heine-Platz U8 und der Moritzplatz U8 befinden sich alle circa 10min zu Fuss entfernt, ebenso der Ostbahnhof.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen wichtigen Möbeln ausgestattet, es gibt eine normalgroße Küche und eine extra Küchennische im Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist etwas klein. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 75qm und ist in einem Altbau. Ich möchte aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes die Wohnung vom 1.Oktober 2011 bis zum 1. März 2012 vermieten.

Hey there,
I have a cosy apartement in one of the most exiting berlin neighborhoods, Kreuzberg. The apartement is located in the centre of everything, you have parks, restaurants, cafes, tons of bars and
clubs 5 walking minutes from here and still is in a very quite street
with a little lake and a park across the street.
Very close as well to subways and busses, that take you to Mitte,
Friedrichshain, Prenzlauerberg within 5-20 minutes.
I'd like to give it for rent from arround end of September till around 1st March .The rent inclueding everything (electricity, heating, gas, internet) takes 760,- per Month.
The 3 rooms are fully furnished and I have one big kitchen and another lttle one in the living room. It is clean, calm, nice neighbours and the best for your Berlin stay! The building has a nice garden, which can be used and enjoyed by everyone who lives in one of the appartements.
