und einmal mehr geben wir unsere tolle wohnung, für alle in berlin urlaubmachenden her. sie befindet sich im wunderschönen zentralen stadtteil kreuzberg. von hier kommt ihr in 15min zum alex oder anderswo hin.
und auch sonst lohnt sich die ecke wirklich. ihr habt hier alles, was das herz begehrt. cafes bars club und alle möglichen kleinen restaurants gleich in der nähe. supermarkt und alles andere ist auch nicht weit. zusätzlich ist direkt vor unserem haus ein wunderschöner riesig großer park, der im sommer zu der einen oder anderen grillparty einlädt.
die wohnung: ist vollständig ausgestattet mit möbeln fernseher und internet. schlafmöglichkeiten sind hier für 4 leute vohanden (ein großes bett, ein kleineres hochbett und eine schlafcouch) aber im prinzip können hier problemlos auch weitere 4 leute schlafen (dann aber auf isomatten) der platz ist vorhanden.zusätzlich steht im kinderzimmer ein gitterbett, wer bedarf hat.
der preis für alles ist 300 eurp pro woche. sollte jemand länger als zwei wochen bleiben wollen, kann er mir einfach ne email schicken, dann werden wir uns über den preis schon irgendwie einigen.
natürlich auch bei jeder weiteren frage, mail an mich.

you want make holidays in berlin? we have the place to stay. our flat is from the beginning july until the end of august free to use.
the flat is located in the nice and young neighborhood kreuzberg. is really close to the centre of berlin. close to our flat are many bars, coffees, restaurants and a big park where you can make barbeque-parties in the summer.
our flat has all stuff that you need. washer television, internet, we have beds for 4 people but I think, if you use camping- mats, is easy to sleep here with 8 persons. our nursery has also a cot for a little kid, if you need it.
all inklusive i want 300 euros per week, but if you want to stay longer then 2 weeks i think we can find an arrangement, please send me an email.also if you have some other question about the flat or us or our neighborhood.
