Schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung/ Nice 2 room appartment in Kreuzberg

Hallo!
Da ich spontan 2 Wochen verreise, ist meine 2 Zimmer Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete frei, bzw. tagesweise zu mieten. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer und einem Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Von der Einrichtung her ist sie eher studentisch gehalten, aber trotzdem liebevoll.Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Bars, Görli und U Bahn (U1 Schlesisches Tor) um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für ein Pärchen, aber gerne auch an eine verantwortungsvolle Einzelpersonen zu vermieten. Gerne für Person ab 30 Jahren.Für den gesamten Zeitraum 02.12.- 15.12. kostet die Wohnung 380 €. Tageweise 40€.
Alle näheren Details gibt es dann per E-mail, bzw über Skype. Heute abend könnte ich die Wohnung über Skype zeigen.

Hi,
I am leaving Berlin spontaneously for two weeks. Therefore my flat with 2 rooms is available for 2 weeks or on daily basis. The flat is very nice, but more student type furnished. The flat is accommodated in a quite popular neighbourhood in Kreuzberg with shops, cafes, bars, a park and the metro station (U1 Schlesisches Tor) around the corner. The flat is perfect for a couple as it has one bedroom and a living room. I am looking for a responsible person and I am happy to leave it for persons over 30.
For the whole period of 02.12 – 15.12 it costs 380€, for a day 40 €.
