A very lovely apartment in the coolest area in Berlin. Surrounded by dozens of bars, cafes, eateries and nightlife, yet sheltered from the city noise at the back of the courtyard. Great public transport connections is situated right outside the door.
Rentable from Saturday the 27. March until the morning of Sunday the 27th of March. Amenities like bed sheets and towels are included, and you are welcome to use our teas and spices etc!
The Space
The space is a uniquely decorated, bright and quiet. The perfect cozy nest to have a rest in between your Berlin adventures. It includes fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.
The Neighborhood
The apartment is situated right next to Hermannplatz at the border between the Kreuzberg and Neukölln neighbourhoods. This is a hotspot of bustling life and culture in one of the coolest areas in Berlin at the moment. Several supermarkets, bakeries and an endless variety of cafes, restaurants and bars and ATMs are right nearby, and the large department store Karstadt is right across the road. Some highlights in the area are Tempelhof Feld and the Landwehrkanal.
This is the perfect location from which to explore Berlin. U-bahn lines U7 & U8 are within 3 minutes walking distance, as well at Metro Buses that stop right outside the house and the ringbahn located a few u-bahn stops away will take you anywhere in the city. Taxi stands are also right around the corner. U-bahn U7 connects to both Schönefeld and Tegel airports, making arrival and departure by plane quick and easy.
House Rules
Respect the neighbours in terms of noise after hours, and please leave the apartment as you found it.
The deposit of 250€ will be released in full if you leave the premises as they were when you arrived. A cleaning fee of 30€ will be kept if the apartment is left dirty, i.e. with soiled dishes in the sink and dirty floors.
