Ich werde ab dem 20. September nicht in unserer Wohnung sein und möchte sie für einige Zeit mieten. Die Miete könnte flexibel sein: Vorzugsweise 5 oder 2 Monate, aber es könnte auch etwas dazwischen sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock und ist sehr hell und sonnig. Es ist komplett ausgestattet: Bett, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Sofa und so weiter. Es ist auch mit 2 Schreibtischen ausgestattet, um von zu Hause aus zu arbeiten. Es gibt auch einen Fernseher, den Sie kostenlos benutzen können.
Es hat zwei Zimmer (52 qm), eine große Wohnküche und ein Schlafzimmer. Perfekt für eine Person oder Paare.

I'm not going to be in our flat from 20. September and I would like to rent it for some time. The rental could be flexible: Preferably 5 or 2 months, but it could be something in between. The flat is in a 6th floor and is very bright and sunny. It´s completely equipped: Bed, washing machine, diswasher, fridge, sofa and so on. It's also equiped with 2 desks to work from home. There´s also a TV that you are free to use.
It has two rooms (52 square meters), a big living room/kitchen and a sleeping room. Perfect for one person or couples.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und gut kommuniziert.
1 Minute: S-Bahn Anhalter Bahnhof, Busse M29 und M41 (die fahren nach Kreuzberg und Neukölln), Nextbike Station.
Weniger als 10 Minuten: Kochstr (U6), Möckernbrücke (U7), Postdamerplatz (S-Bahn, U2)
Es gibt ein Lidl direkt vor, und auch ein Netto. Andere Optionen sind nicht zu weit entfernt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und mann kann Kreuzberg und Newkölln ziemlich schnell erreichen, wenn du Bars und Restaurants finden möchtest.

The flat is really centric and well communicated.
1 minute from the flat: S-bahn Anhalter Bahnhof, buses M29 and M41
(they go to Kreuzberg and Neukölln), nextbike station.
Less than 10 minutes: Kochstr (U6), Möckernbrücke (U7), Postdamerplatz (S-bahn, U2)
There is a lidl just in front, and also a Netto. Other options are not too far away. The area is quiet and you can reach Kreuzberg and Newkölln pretty fast if you want to find bars and restaurants.
