The Paul-Lincke Ufer is one of the most beautiful streets of central Berlin.
Located in the heart of Kreuzberg along the Landwehrkanal it´s very central but quiet, surrounded by trees. There are plenty of lovely cafes, restaurants and bars in walking distance and alongside the water. The famous Turkish weekend market is just across the canal, supermarkets of all kinds are around the corner. Also the Görlitzer Park is very close. The next Ubahn station (Schönleinstraße) is a 7mins walk away, the next bus station only 4mins.
The apartment is rented for a limited period until April 31st 2021. Minimum stay is 6 months.The rent does not include costs for WIFI and electricity. Electricity will be approximately 40.- to 80.- a month depending on the number of persons living in the apartment.
