My small oasis straight behind Kotti, but silent and bright and warm. I am off for 4 weeks on a meditationretreat and am looking for a responsable, clean and loving person who wants to live in this flat for this one month.

Meine kleine Wohnung, direkt am Kotti, im Hinterhaus, ruhig und hell und warm. Für mich, meine kleine Oase mittendrin. Ich bin 4 Wochen auf einem Meditationsretreat und suche jemanden, der zuverlässig, sauber und liebevoll in meiner Wohnung wohnen möchte. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Vorderhaus und wird informiert (Du musst sie kennenlernen). Ich gebe die Wohnung an jemanden, der sie mir sauber und ordentlich wieder gibt und freundlich zu meinen lieben Nachbarn ist ;)
Its in the middle of Kreuzberg. Close to the canal. One of the easiest points to reach and move around of Berlin, to Mitte, Friedrichshain, Neukölln or wherever else. Out of the window is quite a nice view into a vaste backyard. I like the place for "being in the middle of everything and at the same time being quite".
The place itself is fully equipped, especially someone who like it simple will enjoy.
I am quite a Zen-person when it comes to living.
The space has changed a bit from the pics.
There are couches and a table in the living room. And quite some more plants, which are all very easy to handle. My neighbours are quiet, don´t hear much of them. Looking out of the window you see the sky and a vaste backyard with a lot of space.
I love it for is cozyness and quieteness.
