It has a large high-bed, with a walk-in closet below, a fold-out sofa-bed/couch, a 37" LCD TV, and WIFI. Fully furnished and the price includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, internet, GEZ).
There are still a few stuff that we own and we will take with us such as: speakers, coffee machine, etc.
Total monthly price: 850 euros.
It is mostly decorated with Ikea furniture and has a separate bathroom (toilet, shower, sink) and kitchen (with oven, gas stove, fridge, cupboard, etc).
The apartment is on the ground floor of the side building of the courtyard (not facing the street) and has quite high ceilings and is pretty quiet. Easy connection to the M29 bus and U1 metro line at Görlitzer Bahnhof.
Minimum: 6 months rental. Maximum: 2 years at a time. Possibly renewable.
