1st-floor apartment in the backhouse. Tall ceilings, 3 large windows with central heating controlled by the app Tado. No washing machine but laundromat and the landlord will allow you to use his washing machine (he is your neighbour).
The apartment is located in a commercial building with businesses but the remainder of the complex is residential.
The apartment came unfurnished however, I installed roller blinds, carpet, see before and after pictures. Bicycle park in the courtyard.

Wohnung im 1. Stock im Hinterhaus. Hohe Decken, 3 große Fenster mit Zentralheizung, die von der App Tado gesteuert wird. Keine Waschmaschine, aber Waschsalon und der Vermieter erlaubt Ihnen, seine Waschmaschine zu benutzen (er ist Ihr Nachbar).
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Geschäftsgebäude mit Geschäften, aber der Rest des Komplexes ist ein Wohnhaus.
Die Wohnung kam unmöbliert, aber ich habe Rollos, Teppich, Vorher-Nachher-Bilder und Nachher-Bilder installiert. Fahrradparkplatz im Innenhof.
Located directly in front of Marketelle Neun, if you know, the area, it is vibrant with many restaurants, bars, cafes, local businesses, Aldi, Lidl within five minutes walking distance. Fantastic neighbours who accept your packages too :) .
Gorlitzer park within 5 minutes walking distance, same as U Gorlitzer. M29 within ten minutes, M40 within a five-minute walk.
All in all an amazing area, sad to be leaving.

Alles in allem eine erstaunliche Gegend, traurig, sie zu verlassen.
