This is a 2-room apartment on a 4th floor, top floor, and there is no elevator. It has 1 bedroom, a living/dining room, separated kitchen and a bathroom. Every room has a big window, which makes it very airy and sunny. The living room has a balcony oriented to the south, so it has a lot of sunlight all day long but the apartment does not get hot at all. The building has a back garden with trees, a barbecue, ping pong table.
The apartment is rented UNFURNISHED. The furniture is mine and it would be possible to sell some of it to the new tenant (but not a requirement).
The apartment is located in Kreuzberg, 2 min away from the U1/3 Prinzenstrasse station, 6 min away from Landwehr Canal, and 8 min from U8 Moritzplatz station.

We want to leave the apartment. We have already given the notice but we would like to leave it before the corresponding date (31.12.2020). ***Please, only apply if you would be able to take the apartment from the 1st of November 2020.***

The rent is 985€ kalt and we pay AROUND 1100€ warm. (The published price of the apartment is what we pay, but I DON'T know if it would be exactly the same kalt rent for the new tenants)
