Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus, in dem vorwiegend Familien wohnen. Deshalb sollten die Mieter sich der ruhigeren Art zuordnen. Es sind drei Schlafzimmer eingerichtet. Zwei der Zimmer haben auch eine kleine Küche und das Dritte eine Koch und Aufwärmgelegenheit.
Beste Lage in Kreuzberg, wenn du es etwas ruhiger haben willst. Die Wrangelstraße wurde mit Poller beruhigt und seit dem ist es auch sehr viel leiser geworden. Der Görlitzer Park ist um die Ecke sowie auch die schönen Uferwege an denen der türkische Markt und Flohmärkte sind. Viel Grün, viel Stadt, viel Multi Kulti
Das Haus ist KEIN Party Haus und gegenseitiger Respekt und Achtung mit den Bewohnern in der Wrangelstraße wie auch im Haus sind Voraussetziung. Gute Anbindung zur BVG.
