Wichtig: Ich werde ca. 1x im Monat nach Berlin kommen , da ich in Berlin eine Ausbildung 1x im Monat mache und dafür ein halbes Zimmer in der Wohnung frei halte.

Konkret komme ich sicher von 13-17.06.2024 und 09.07 - 15.07.2024 nach Berlin.

Wer spaß daran hat, sich um die Pflanzen in der Wohnung zu kümmern, und dies authentisch beschreibt, hat Vorteile bei der Vorauswahl

3. Wer authentisch darlegen kann, dass der spezielle Wohnungsstil gefällt, hat Vorteile bei der Wahl.
Es geht mir darum, dass du nicht nur eine Wohnung hast, sondern dass du dich auch wohl fühlst.

4. Aus Respekt zu den Nachbarn wünsche ich mir leise Mieter. Wer authentisch darstellen kann, dass er / sie leise ist, hat Vorteile bei der Wahl.
