3-Zi-Wohnung mit Terrasse im Herzen Kreuzbergs

Wir werden von 25. März bis 1.Juni verreisen und vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung für diesen Zeitraum an 1-2 Personen gerne mit Kind.

Das Haus befindet in einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße im schönen Wrangelkiez nah am Görlitzer Park. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss des Hinterhauses und ist sehr ruhig - auch geräuschempfindliche Menschen können mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Die Wohnung ist komplett frisch renoviert und voll ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Internet etc.) Obwohl sie Hochparterre liegt, ist sie hell und sonnig (siehe Bilder). Von der gemütlichen Wohnküche hat man Zugang zu einer separaten Terrasse auf die zum morgendlichen Kaffeetrinken bei Vogelgezwitscher einlädt.

Sie verfügt über eine Wohnküche, ein Arbeitszimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem gigantischern Familienbett (2 x 2,7 m).
Wir würden uns besonders über Pflanzenfreunde freuen, die unsere liebsten ab und zu mal gießen würden.

Im Umkreis der Wohnung gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt: Supermärkte, eine sehr nette Bar nebenan, verschiedenste Restaurants und Cafés. Die Ubahn-Haltestelle "Schlesisches Tor" ist ca. 8 min und die S-Bahn "Warschauer Straße" ca. 12 Gehminuten entfernt.

Cosy apartment with sunny terrace in the centre of Kreuzberg

We will be traveling from March 25th to June 1st and are happy to rent our beautiful apartment to 1-2 people (with or without children) for this period.

The house is located in a street with almost no traffic in beautiful Wrangelkiez close to Görlitzer Park. The flat lies in the ground floor and is very calm – even noise sensitive people can sleep with open windows. It has just been completely renovated and is fully equipped (laundry machine, dishwasher, oven etc.).

Even if the flat is on the ground floor it is bright and sunny (see pictures). From the combined kitchen/living room you have access to a small terrace. It´s the perfect place for having a coffee in the morning.

It has a kitchen-living room, a study and a bedroom with a gigantic family bed (2 x 2.7 m).
We would especially be happy to have plant friends who would water our favorite ones every now and then.

In the surrounding streets you find everything you need: Supermarkets, shops nice cafés and restaurants. The next U-Bahn “Schlesisches Tor” is 8 minutes and the next S-Bahn “Warschauer Straße” 12 minutes walking distance.
