Beautiful spacious flat of 75sqm in Kreuzberg - 100m from Hasenheide, 500m from Maybachufer. Flat half furnished, you keep everything except the couch, the hallway furniture and the room chair. The spati next door open 24/7 is not to be forgotten.
The landlord is absolutely lovely, we always felt super lucky to have her. She knows about my situation and this flat swap would help her finding new tenants easily. She would make you a new lease, which will be for 2 years.
In exchange, I am looking for a smaller place to live for myself. The size doesn’t matter, but maximum 800€ rent and not far from the ring. Pretty much open to anything.
