Die Wohnung liegt in Kreuzkölln, also in Kreuzberg aber an der Grenze zu Neukölln. Zwischen Paul Lincke Ufer am Landwehrkanal und Görlitzer Park. Unendlich viele hippe Cafés, gute Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe. Bus M29 fährt 1 Straße weiter ab und nächste Ubahn ist 1km entfernt (Görlitzer Bahnhof oder Schönleinstraße oder Hermannplatz).
