Ich biete meine kleine gemütliche und stilvoll eingerichtete 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca.40m2) in Kreuzberg vom 16.6. - 26.6. zur Zwischenmiete an. Die Altbau Wohnung liegt im Seitenflügel 3. Stock und ist lichtdurchflutet. Sie besteht aus Wohnzimmer Schlafzimmer, Küche, Dusche, Toilette, Flur. Waschmaschine und Internetanschluss vorhanden.

Die Wohnung selbst liegt sehr zentral, ist aber dennoch ruhig mit grünem Ausblick auf den Hinterhof.
Sie liegt in Kreuzberg 36 (10999) unweit vom Paul- Lincke und Maybachufer. Zwischen Friedrichshain und Kreuzkölln/Neukölln. Einen Späti gibt es direkt nebenan. Diverse Supermärkte (Penny, Edeka, Aldi, Biocompany, Lidl) in Reichweite. Es gibt viele tolle Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in der Gegend. Immer Sonntags der Nowkölln Flohmarkt am Maybachufer, in 5-8 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.

Die Miete beträgt 450 € für zehn Tage, alles inklusive (Internet, Strom, Gas)

I am offering my small, cozy and high quality flat (40m2) in Kreuzberg to sublet from June 16th to June 26th. The flat has two rooms. The old building apartment is located in the side wing on the 3rd floor and is flooded with light. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, shower, toilet, corridor. There is a washing maschine and internet connection.

The apartment itself is very centrally located, but is still quiet with a green view of the backyard.
It is located at Kreuzberg 36 (10999) not far from Paul-Lincke and Maybachufer. Between Friedrichshain and Kreuzkölln/Neukölln. There is a Späti right next door.

Various supermarkets (Penny, Edeka, Aldi, Biocompany, Lidl) within reach. There are lots of great bars, cafes and restaurants in the area. Every Sunday the Nowkölln flea market on Maybachufer can be reached on foot in 5-8 minutes.

The rent is €450 for ten days, everything included (internet, electricity, gas)
