Hi All. I'm sub-letting my 45m2 apartment located in Kreuzberg/Mitte (next to the Checkpoint Charlie, line U6) from 05.04.2023 to 30.06.2023 (dates can be slightly adjusted). The apartment is very quiet, facing the inner yard. It consists of two rooms (a living room with a kitchen and a bedroom). The bathroom is quite spacious and with a bathtub. There is also a balcony and a modern elevator. I have here a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the cooking utensils you might need. The internet works well - I usually work from home.
The price would be 880€ per month - including all the utilities (assuming a reasonable usage), Internet, electricity, and ARD/ZDF. I know it's not little, but that's exactly what I'm paying - I'm on a new contract. No Anmeldung possible. I will also ask for a deposit - 1000€.
I'm looking for a neat, respectful, and non-smoking person or a couple. You need to have liability insurance (Haftpflichtversicherung).
