Ich suche dringend einen Nachmieter für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (ca. 58 m²) in Friedrichsfelde ab 1.4.09. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. OG eines 6-Geschossers. Sewanstraße in 10319 Berlin.
Die Wohnung ist mit neuen Türen und Türzargen versehen, und neu mit PVC-Belag (laminatoptik) ausgelegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell. Im Sommer scheint von mittags bis abends die Sonne auf d. Balkon!
Das Wohnzimmer ist neu renoviert mit terracotta-farbener Strukturtapete. Der Flur ist neu mit Steintapete versehen (professionelle Malerarbeit) und soll so vom Nachmieter übernommen werden.
Die Miete ab 1.4. bezieht sich auf 474 Euro (warm). Ein STellplatz kann direkt vorm Haus zusätzlich angemietet werden.
