Am liebsten in Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Wedding, Treptow, aber bin da relativ flexibel. Hauptsache Altbau und Balkon.
Die Wohnung die ich zum Tausch anbiete, ist 79 m2 groß und ausgestattet mit

-Bad mit Badewanne
-Abstellkammer
-zwei große hellen Zimmer (23 u. 28m2) mit Doppelrahmenfenstern
-Keller
-ruhiger, grüner Hinterhof und gleich in der Nähe ist der Landschaftspark herzberge (mit Schafen & viel Natur)
-Haustiere sind erlaubt
Die Wohnung liegt zwischen den U- Bahnhöfen Magdalenenstr. und Lichtenberg. Beide Bahnhöfe sind ungefähr 6 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Straße ist ein italiener, Cafés, Spätis, Rewe, Netto, Lidl, Mc fit, Apotheke, Bars, Bäcker.
