Wir suchen für unsere schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung dringend einen Nachmieter. Teile der Küche können bei Wunsch übernommen werden(Kühlschrank,Hängeschrank und kleine Arbeitsplatte) Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus3. OG und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Die Dielen sind abgezogen und im Bad befindet sich ein Handtuchtrockner und eine Eckbadewanne. Die Lage ist super, da man nur ca. 3min. zur Straßenbahn und zum Bus; bzw. 7 min. zur S-/U-Bahn benötigt. Um in die Innenstadt bzw. nach Prenzlauer Berg zu gelagen sind nur wenige Minuten nötig.
Da die Zimmer sehr groß sind, ist die Wohnung auch WG geeingnet. Einzug ist nach Absprache auch selbstverständlich früher als 01.08.2008 möglich.
