The flat has that classic old building charm, a large kitchen with dining area, living room, and a quiet bedroom. Perfect whether you’re flying solo or as a couple.
But heads up: No parties! Our neighbors are pretty sensitive about noise. We take a €350 deposit, which we'll keep if things get too loud. Don’t worry, there are plenty of cool bars nearby.
Ideal for busy professionals or those who want to explore the city. But we want to meet you in person before we agree!

Beschreibung: Checkt unsere coole Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin-Mitte. Hier bist du mitten im Geschehen, umgeben von coolen Galerien und Museen, aber trotzdem in einer chilligen Straße. Egal ob mit dem Fahrrad oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln – du kommst überall schnell hin.
Die Wohnung hat den typischen Altbau-Flair, eine große Küche mit Essbereich, Wohnzimmer und ein ruhiges Schlafzimmer. Egal ob du alleine bist oder zu zweit, hier fühlst du dich wohl.
Aber Achtung: Keine Partys! Unsere Nachbarn sind da ziemlich empfindlich. Wir nehmen 350€ Kaution, die wir einbehalten, wenn's doch zu laut wird. Aber keine Sorge, es gibt genügend coole Bars in der Nähe.
